Remembering our Roots
Do you want to reconnect with nature and the wildness within you?
Coming home
to my trees
There is a Welsh phrase ‘Dod yn ôl at Fy Nghoed’ which translates as ‘coming back to my trees’, I feel it carries the sentiment of returning home to the inner wild, and to the Earth.
I hold space for connection and belonging, drawing upon the spirit of Celtic traditions with the power of yoga. Here, I invite you to rediscover your wild essence.
Our untamed connection with the natural world.
An Immersion into
Nature & Movement
We will weave the magic of spirit into every breath, into every movement.
Into our everyday lives.
The mission? To create an experience that opens your heart and awakens the wild wisdom within you. I blend nature-based imagery, stories and Celtic rituals with the practice of yoga, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery and deep healing.
Ailie is very warm, engaging and inspiring as a yoga teacher. She has a gift for making the yoga practice accessible to all and for putting you fully at ease. If you are more, or less experienced, you can get what you need from the practice. The sessions manage to combine playfulness, intensity, spiritual connections and restoration and provide a real sense of release.

Planting Seeds
of Change
One Practice
at a Time
Yoga Rewild is more than just a practice; it's a community and a movement of earth guardianship. With every class, every breath, we plant and nurture seeds of change.
Our commitment extends beyond the mat, inspiring ripples of change by contributing to tree planting and habitat restoration projects. Together, we can cultivate harmony, resilience, and a deep reverence for Earth and all its inhabitants.
A Journey Born
from My Heart
I birthed Yoga Rewild in 2020, amidst a world in crisis; nature was my sanctuary and I wanted to reciprocate. All of this began with the simple yet powerful seed of intention: "Sharing Yoga, Planting Trees."
After the birth of my second child, the deeper meaning of Yoga Rewild was illuminated:
A journey of remembering our roots, our interconnectedness with nature, and our wild, untamed selves.
