There are many streams that lead us home

There are many streams that lead us home

Whether we meet on the yoga mat, beneath the trees, in ceremony, through sound, or in one-to-one sessions, each offering is a different stream — flowing towards the same remembering.

Choose the stream that speaks to you.

Seasonal Offerings

Honouring the rhythms of the Earth, the seasons, and ourselves.

There are moments throughout the year that invite us to pause. To notice the changing light, the turning of the Wheel, the waxing and waning of the moon, and the quiet wisdom held within each season.

Yoga Rewild’s seasonal gatherings are an invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into sacred space. Through yoga, sound, ritual, storytelling and community, we honour the lunar and solar cycles, celebrating the wisdom that each season offers.

Each gathering is unique, yet they all share the same intention: to help us slow down, reconnect with our bodies, remember our place within the living world, and deepen our relationship with Mother Earth and one another.

Together, we gather to honour the changing seasons - and in doing so, remember that we, too, are cyclical beings.

Individual Sessions & Coaching

Rewilding is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who we’ve always been.

Individual sessions offer a space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already held within your body. Whether you are seeking a one-off session or more ongoing support, each session is tailored to your needs, your nervous system, and the phase of your energy cycle.

A session may include:

  • Somatic techniques to calm and regulate the nervous system

  • Yoga practices to deepen body connection and embodied awareness

  • Indian head massage to release tension in the head, neck, shoulders, and back

  • Sound bath to soothe the body, create space, and support insight and healing

I also offer coaching for those wishing to work more specifically with:

  • Stress management

  • Body connection and releasing tension

  • Attuning to the menstrual cycle

  • Supporting fertility

  • Thriving through menopause

These sessions are an invitation to return to yourself — to your body, your rhythms, your inner wisdom.
