Imbolc yoga, sound healing and tea ceremony

from £20.00

Come and immerse in a special Celtic Wheel of the Year Yoga practice, sound bath and tea ceremony, hosted by yoga instructor Ailie (Yoga Rewild) and guest sound healer/yoga teacher Sarah Harbutt.

The yoga practice will take you on a journey, guided by the resonant sounds of ancient instruments, breathwork, and vivid visualizations. As you move and breathe, these sounds will amplify the energies of your practice, guiding you through various states of consciousness and into the depths of your inner wisdom. Here, enveloped in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, you'll find the space for deep insights to emerge and for your body's natural healing mechanisms to activate.

As we conclude this ceremony, you'll be treated to a freshly brewed seasonal herbal tea and nourishing snacks. Together, we'll raise a toast to the Wheel of the Year festival which has brought us together and to the healing journey you've just undertaken.

This event will take place at St George Community Centre.
