Rising Sun Goddess Yoga Practice & Gong Bath

  • St George Community Centre Church Rd, Bristol BS5 8AA (map)

Revive from winter and welcome in spring with a rejuvenating yoga practice and gong bath. Combining breathwork, movement and yoga postures with the healing vibrations of the gongs. We will call in the Celtic sun goddess Ostara to support transition from the heaviness of winter to the increasing lightness of spring. The yoga practice will use a variety of techniques to open the heart space and kindle the inner flame located in the solar plexus, creating warmth and space to expand with the growing sun goddess energy. The practice will follow an arc, opening to a peak then descending into relaxation to be bathed by the gongs and other sounds. The gong is a fire instrument that has been used for thousands of years in ritual to connect, heal and receive insights. Join us for an afternoon to rejuvenate and welcome in the rising spring energy.

This event is hosted by Ailie Tam (Yoga Rewild) and Magdalena Lesiak (Rising Crow Therapies)
